Mr. Brian, an experienced hard-goods designer in the kids toy industry, specializes in preschool and baby toys. He has an impressive portfolio, having worked with major players like Bandai (JP), Hasbro, Fisher Price, Cube Works, Spinmaster Toys, Pressman Games, and more on both in-house, long-term contract, and project-based collaborations.
During the early 2000s, Mr. Brian Design was an influential figure in the art toy movement, operating under the name 'Bufalo Club.' His exceptional work included designing and producing vinyl dolls for renowned names like Alife, Faile, Biz Markie, Breakbeat Science, Danny Howells, and fostering connections within the industry.
After relocating to Japan in 2005, Mr. Brian Design joined Bandai and later Cube Works, and eventually expanded into the educational realm. He contributed to Mammoth magazine for Knee High Media and embarked on ongoing design partnerships with prestigious brands such as Stussy Japan, SHIPS, and The North Face. This journey led to the establishment of MUKIMU workshop, a thriving school that imparts art and English education, offering a variety of educational materials like videos, workbooks, puzzle books, flashcards, card games, classroom posters, and audio supplements.
